Cambridge Sound Management offers innovative, simple and intelligently designed solutions to the problems of privacy and acoustic distractions. Cambridge Sound solutions are sold to end users by authorized dealers and retailers. To encourage sales and build dealer sales associate loyalty, Cambridge turned to Karrot to create a reward program that provides an incentive for selling Cambridge products.

This program is focused on the dealer sales associate. A custom web portal increases interaction between Cambridge and salespeople. Through the portal, sales associates can register for program participation and claim sales. Qualifying sales earn cash spiffs, which can be deposited onto a Cambridge Sound reloadable debit card. Additionally, by achieving tier levels, individuals can increase their rewards and ultimately win a cruise! 

Epson ProFocus

Epson's ProFocus Division is the leading manufacturer of printers for the Professional Imaging community. Their products are sold though a dealer channel to end users. To foster dealer loyalty, become a preferred partner and drive sell though, a dealer loyalty program was developed with Karrot.

The program was developed to have a direct effect on the dealer's bottom line. The sale of Epson printers would directly result in adding to a dealer's profit quarterly. The more products sold the more effect they would have. A volume incentive rebate program was established with increasing tiers for increased volume over a quarter. A program web portal was designed to allow a dealer administrator claim each sale of Epson ProFocus printers. This enables them to track their sales and the amount of rebate over time. They are also alerted to what tier they currently were eligible for and what was needed to increase their rebate amount.

 

ACCO Brands

ACCO Brands is a leading supplier of branded office products. These products are sold to consumers and end users through a dealer channel. ACCO Brands first turned to Karrot to create a reward program that would encourage sales of its well-known Swingline shedders and promote loyalty within its dealer base. After seeing the effects of this reward program, Swingline launched a separate consumer rebate program with Karrot, and additional brands, including Kensington and Quartet, began participating.

Within the reward program, distinct promotions were created for dealer sales representatives based on the application and type of Swingline shedder. Karrot designed a custom web portal for dealer sales representitives to register online for participation. With the program in place, we established contact with salespeople and began communicating with the dealer base through email, providing periodic updates and news. Program participants were able to claim their sales online for cash rewards, deposited onto branded, reloadable debit cards.

The consumer rebate program was created to directly reward purchasers of ACCO Brands’ products with related merchandise. Frequently changing rebate promotions allow ACCO Brands to encourage sales and promote new products.

Olympus America

Olympus America is a leading manufacturer of cameras and photography products. Olympus products are sold to consumers by authorized dealers and retailers. To encourage sales and build dealer sales associate loyalty, Olympus turned to Karrot to create a reward program that provides an incentive for selling Olympus products.

This program is focused on the dealer sales associate. A custom web portal increases interaction between Olympus and salespeople. Through the portal, sales associates can register for program participation and claim sales of Olympus products. Program participants can easily access the current month’s promotions. Qualifying sales earn cash spiffs, which can be deposited onto an Olympus reloadable debit card. Additionally, spiffs can be converted into Olympus points to redeem for discounted Olympus products. This provides motivation and encourages salespeople to become personal users of the latest Olympus photography equipment.

Sonos

Sonos is a manufacturer of wireless digital music systems. Their products are sold in more than 60 countries, in seven languages, through thousands of retailers. Sonos turned to Karrot to create a platform to reward retail sales associates, foster loyalty and increase brand awareness.

The program created a direct channel of communication with retail associates, encouraging salespeople to become brand ambassadors. An accommodations program was established to allow verified retail associates to obtain Sonos products at a significant discount. By using Sonos products themselves, they become more familiar with them and are able to personally recommend the products to consumers, affecting the point of sale. Karrot created a custom web portal to allow individuals to register for the program and participate in the accommodations program.
